The Knox County Board of Developmental Disabilities would like to thank the elementary school students of Knox County for helping us celebrate. There were over 1,400 children who participated in the annual coloring (K-2nd grades) and essay (3rd and 5th grades) contest with 107 classrooms participating county-wide, representing all 22 public elementary schools in Knox County.
